Haverhill Community Sports Association (The New Croft) are a small company looking for a permanent part time individual to be responsible for our bookkeeping and general financial admin tasks.

 The main responsibilities include-

  • Purchase ledger- Processing invoices and payment run’s
  • Sales ledger- Sales invoicing and credit control
  • Entering sales and purchase invoices using correct nominal codes
  • Bank Reconciliations/Supplier Statement reconciliations
  • Producing monthly analysis reports (debtors & creditors, analysis of turnover)
  • Producing profit and loss reports

We are looking for a candidate with-

  • Previous experience in bookkeeping
  • AAT qualified would be preferred
  • Accounts preparation experience
  • Experience with Accounting software systems such as Sage, Xero and Quickbooks would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work accurately and efficiently
