Disco kitchen – Family fun day

Family Day Event Info

This info is for the sold out Family day on Sunday May 28th.

This is the biggest event I’ve attempted so far!

We are expecting around 600 people (including children) on the day.

Entry through the turnstile entrance 12-6pm.

There are no tickets issued for this event.

We will have a guest list at the gate, and you will be given a wristbands on entry.

Once inside the venue, the entire event will be completely enclosed, to give you piece of mind whist your children have fun.

Please be aware that you will still be responsible for your child’s behaviour at all times.

Your ticket fee includes

* Music and entertainment on the patio with myself and Bob Power

* Supervised football fun activities on the all weather pitch.

* Unlimited access to the Wild Blades adventure golf course between 1-5pm

* Movies on the screen in the main hall

* Visit and fun with Sonic the Hedgehog and Mirabel (Encanto)

The Inflatables activities provided by Matt Crawley PrestigeSports, including assault course, bouncy castle, giant slide and dartboard will be an additional fee of £10 for unlimited use for 3 hours either between 12-3pm or 3-6pm

Food & Drink

Hot food, all new pizza oven , BBQ, & kitchen menu, and ice creams

A full bar will be provided by the The New Croft.

Plus an outside bar serving draft lager, cider & bitter.

You are welcome to bring your own picnic food, but please DO NOT bring your own alcohol. Any alcohol MUST be purchased at the bar for licensing reasons.

Seating

There will be lots of bench & table seating on the patio. Alternatively to guarantee a seat please feel free to bring your own camping chairs and/or blankets to lay out on the grass.

Parking

If you can’t walk to the event, the New Croft will have parking available, no parking eye restrictions will apply.

Once this is full, please use the Samuel Ward car park.

Please DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT park on the grass verges outside the venue.

It’s illegal, so you will be at risk of incurring a fine from local parking enforcement officers.

On the day we will be holding a collection for the Haverhill First Responders. A fantastic and extremely valuable local service.
