Hot Pilates is a challenging full-body workout using the pilates principles. Its high energy, high intensity, low impact format is designed to strengthen muscles without the pounding of high impact workouts.

As the name suggests its taught in a room heated between 32-35°C – its going to make you sweat!

Each exercise is designed to make the maximum use of your time by targeting the deep postural muscles of the body, building strength from the inside out and re-balancing your muscles. 

Tuesdays @ 6:30-7:15pm
