Another week completed at Chelsea for our Football Development Officer Lois Balfour.
Some valuable time spent this week with professional club Managers, Coaches and FA Staff with lots of learning, whilst also combining her full time job.
 
The week ahead will see much of the same plus even more which includes a level 3 & 4 leadership course in London!
