The New Croft Foundation Casual Coach

The New Croft Foundation is currently looking to recruit a casual coach to deliver at The New Croft.

This is a casual/seasonal role requiring flexibility working across various football in the community programmes at The New Croft Foundation, including Girls Only Sessions, Mini Kickers, U6 Programme and Development Centres.

We are seeking experienced individuals who have worked in a similar role previously to join our team who will be passionate about making football fun and the development of players.

The successful candidates will be highly motivated and enthusiastic professionals, who are flexible, and have the ability to recognise new opportunities within the foundation. The successful candidates will support and develop all our programmes to attain the highest levels of performance for all our participants.

Job Role Outline:

The New Croft Foundation require coaches to commit to 30 weeks of the year delivering our football in the community programmes. Coaches will need to plan a fun-based development session weekly. The role will be working across our different programmes creating positive environments leaving the participants feeling inspired.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and deliver fun based football sessions suited to appropriate ages: U3-U16.

• Good role model to all participant’s you coach.

• Maintain a flexible approach to provide high levels of engagement on all our community programmes.

Role Specific Responsibilities:

• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

• Ability to use initiative and make decisions.

• Able to manage large groups effectively and safely.

• Ability to communicate with young people and parents effectively.

• Hold Level 1 or UEFA C qualification (or working towards)

• Hold First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications.

• Hold Full driving licence.
